“Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Great presentation and liked the fact I could access the pre recorded webinar when I chose to. Could rewind if I didn’t quite understand. Very relevant to my role and will certainly try to use when sat with patients. Fantastic delivery. Brilliant thank you! “

“The course was really well delivered. The speakers were very approachable throughout the session. I am already looking forward to putting these ideas into place at work and to the next course in 2 weeks. It also still felt very interactive as a Zoom course and so much more manageable for juggling responsibilities to be able to attend like this. Thank you so much”.

“Very helpful…will take away lots of tips that can be weaved into my patient care. Time pressures in acute physical healthcare mean its too easy to rush, not listen, not validate their experiences and therefore not engage them in their care. Will make a conscious effort to make this the 1st part of my intervention rather than respond straight away to the medical
model referral. Thanks both, really enjoyed it”.
